Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as Tapping, is a calm and supportive process where we gently talk through what you’re experiencing while tapping on pressure points on the body. This combination helps ease emotional intensity, allowing you to feel more relaxed, balanced, and in control.

Alison Mann, Accredited EFT Practitioner
Hi, I’m Alison.
After many years working in the corporate world, I felt a growing sense that something was missing and a desire to do more meaningful work.
My journey with EFT began through my own experience of using tapping to work through deeply held emotions. What started with curiosity became a powerful turning point, inspiring me to train as a certified practitioner.
I now work with clients to gently explore what’s been holding them back, drawing on both my professional experience and my own personal journey with EFT.
I am able to offer you a supportive and safe space in which you can talk freely and feel seen. Perhaps, more importantly, it gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
