Peeling back the layers

The tapping and vocalising helps to balance the body’s energy system to release blockages which are linked to negative feelings, creating dis-ease within the body.  EFT can be seen as peeling back the layers one by one; after fear you may find regret and anger underneath. Therefore by working on each layer as it is revealed, the presenting issue can be resolved.


How does it work?

It involves tapping the pressure points used in Chinese medicine with the fingertips. As a practitioner I will help you form a statement about particular aspects of the issue to be resolved.
