A bit about me

Alison Mann, Accredited EFT Practitioner

Hi, I’m Alison.

 

After many years working in the corporate world, I felt a growing sense that something was missing and a desire to do more meaningful work.

My journey with EFT began through my own experience of using tapping to work through deeply held emotions. What started with curiosity became a powerful turning point, inspiring me to train as a certified practitioner.

I now work with clients to gently explore what’s been holding them back, drawing on both my professional experience and my own personal journey with EFT.

I am able to offer you a supportive and safe space in which you can talk freely and feel seen. Perhaps, more importantly, it gives you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
